Refund Policy

  1. Overview
    This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how ADHQ Solutions (“ADHQ Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
    handles cancellations and refunds for the digital marketing services purchased through
    https://adhqsolutions.com or under a written agreement with us. This Policy forms part of, and should
    be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy.
  2. Scope
    This Policy applies to our monthly service packages and to custom engagements, unless a signed
    agreement with a Client expressly provides different refund terms, in which case the terms of the signed
    agreement prevail.
  3. How Billing Works
    Monthly packages are billed in advance at the start of each monthly billing period. Your payment
    secures your team’s capacity, tools, and the work planned for that period, and work typically begins
    shortly after payment is received.
  4. Refunds Before Work Begins
    If you cancel after making a payment but before any work on the new billing period has started, we will
    refund that payment in full, less any non-refundable Third-Party Costs (see Section 7) and any payment-
    processing fees that we are unable to recover.
  5. Refunds After Work Has Begun — Case-by-Case Review
    Once work on a billing period has begun, fees are not automatically refundable. However, we review
    every refund request individually and in good faith. In deciding whether a full or partial refund is
    appropriate, we consider factors such as the amount of work completed and deliverables already
    provided, the time elapsed in the billing period, Third-Party Costs already committed on your behalf, the
    reason for the request, and whether we have failed to deliver what was agreed. Where we have clearly
    fallen short of the agreed scope, we will work with you to remedy the shortfall or offer a fair partial
    refund or service credit.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your package at any time — no minimum notice period is required. To cancel, email us
    at info@adhqsolutions.com from the email address associated with your account. Cancellation stops all
    future billing immediately. Your services continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless

you ask us to stop sooner. Amounts already paid for the current period are handled under Sections 4
and 5 of this Policy.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
    The following are never refundable under any circumstances: advertising spend paid or committed to
    platforms such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn on your behalf; third-party software, subscriptions, and
    tools purchased for your engagement; domain names, hosting, and stock or licensed assets; and any
    other amounts paid to third parties on your behalf. Work that has been completed, delivered, and
    approved is likewise non-refundable, and fees paid under discounted or promotional offers are
    refundable only at our discretion.
  2. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, email info@adhqsolutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request,” including
    your name, company, the package or invoice concerned, the date of payment, and the reason for your
    request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7
    business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within
    7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD); we
    are not responsible for differences arising from currency exchange rates or fees charged by your bank or
    card issuer.
  3. Chargebacks
    If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
    Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve
    the matter may result in suspension of services and recovery of related costs, and does not replace the
    process set out in this Policy.
  4. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our
    website with the “Last updated” date shown above. Changes apply to purchases made after the change
    takes effect.
